By being the largest peak body representing the entire aged and community care sector in Victoria, we have the largest share of voice to advise government, and the ability to equip industry with highest quality training, events and consultancy services. Information Gives decision-makers critical information, through regular newsletters, e-bulletins and forums, to help them navigate the rapidly changing aged care services landscape. Expert advice Provides free over-the-phone or email guidance on a range of matters by industry experts Consultancy Offers expert insights and practical advice to deal with a range of challenges at strategic, operational and technical levels through our face-to-face consulting service. Conferences and events Connects members with each other to exchange ideas and get the latest insights from international and national experts. Training We are the industry's RTO, committed to building the capacity and capability of the age services workforce. Through our RTO and Public Workshops program we equips senior management and on-the-ground staff with formal qualifications and tools they need to deliver the best care through our comprehensive courses and workshops.
