LAYLO yoga & wellness

LAYLO yoga & wellness is committed to you, the real person, with real challenges, trying to make your way through life. If you've ever been curious about yoga but felt a little intimidated by all the Instagram Yogis performing seemingly impossible postures, wanted to get more out of your practice by integrating it into your everyday life, or perhaps have heard about how yoga can support you with stress, anxiety, and trauma, you are in the right place! I created this shala - which means "home" - just to welcome you, to make you feel at home, This is an oasis. A place where you can enjoy the art of living, be seen, think your own thoughts, ask questions, not be judged, and move towards wellness. Through our retreats, online courses, free meditations, and other bonuses, and our Elevate community, our goal is to take Gen X to the next level!
