Leadership Journey

Leadership Journey supports current and future leaders who aspire to build rewarding careers and to make a significant impact on the people and organizations they serve. Services include individual coaching programs for motivated individuals who want a thought partner to guide achievement of their Career & Leadership goals as well as group facilitation and training to advance department and organizational goals. Before founding Leadership Journey, Principal and Founder Sherry Feldberg enjoyed a 20-year career in healthcare communications leading award-winning PR Agency teams and serving as Director of Communications at Alkermes, a global biopharmaceutical company. The strategic value delivered in these roles – preparing executives for external engagements, collaborating with cross-functional leaders, building consensus to advance organizational goals and inspiring Agency teams to deliver business-impacting results – creates natural opportunities for Sherry to connect authentically with clients and, ultimately, to advance achievement of their professional and organizational goals.
