Welcome to leadership.sprouts! We’re all about sustainable leadership. Sustainable leadership means creating long-term success in fast learning, identity-based organizations through humbleness, empowerment, intrinsic motivation and diversity of thought. We genuinely believe that businesses run completely different today than 50 years ago, and so does leadership. If we want to build resilient and performing companies for the future, our understanding of leadership has to shift accordingly. With our initiatives we ultimately focus to sprout sustainable leadership across the board. These include research, content creation, consulting and mentoring, but are not at all limited to that. Everything that supports the implementation of sustainable leadership can be taken on. The profit generated will be reinvested into the purpose of this organization. We believe in the impact of sustainable leadership so much that we want to make it a movement, carried by a community.
