About LeasePlan Information Services LeasePlan Information Services (LPIS) was established in Dublin in 2003. We provide ICT hosting and Application Support to the LeasePlan Group. The shared services model operated by LeasePlan Information Services utilises a mix of platforms, technologies and network architecture, to deliver solutions and services to our internal LeasePlan customers and, of course, their customers beyond that. Our robust architectural design pays particular attention to security and processes to ensure reliability, availability and continuity of service. Our support and services framework is built around the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) standards, which provide the backdrop for LPIS service delivery, management and reporting for our customers. We employ approximately 150 people striving to provide best in class customer service whilst delivering highly reliable and available ICT systems.
