We have built a team of almost 400 highly skilled forest industry experts who are driven by Lemares commitment to safe, responsible operations and sustainable forest management. Our business focuses on resource stewardship and forest management operations and services, including timber harvesting, road construction, and wood brokerage. We also contract these services to other forest companies operating on the North Island. We have formed a number of successful joint venture partnerships with the Quatsino, Kwakiutl, Gwasala-Nakwaxdaxw and Namgis First Nations, providing employment and revenues for these communities, while also ensuring that our shared resources are managed sustainably.
