The Lesbians Of Color Symposium (LOCS) Collective, Inc. is a nonprofit grassroots community organization dedicated to sustaining community and resources for LBTQI+ women, non-binary people of color and advocates. We host an annual symposium (LOCS) that fosters equity, belonging, cultural connectedness and community engagement. The co-host for the event is Harvard Law School Lambda - a student organization of Harvard Law School. Other events and programs include: Melanin Pride Festival - a renaissance that recognizes and celebrates LGBTQI+, non- binary people of color in film and the visual arts. State of Queer Transgender People of Color (QTPOC) Affairs - a forum dedicated to dismantling the illusion of "Pride" through storytelling , activism , and training.
