Life Chance is a multi-award winning therapeutic education provider that specialises in working with young people and families who have experienced trauma in their lives. We are committed to transforming the life chances of the young people and families that we work with and in our wider communities. We do this in several ways, firstly through: 1. Life Chance Education which is our growing chain of award winning independent therapeutic day schools called School for Inspiring Talents. We were the first school in the UK to achieve the Trauma & Mental Health Informed Schools Award. 2. Life Chance Care: is staffed by our Multidisciplinary Therapeutic Team (MDT). As well as working across our own schools. The team offer consultation through our outreach clinic to support with a range of behaviour difficulties, emotional health difficulties and those effected by trauma now more commonly known as Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACE’s). 3. Life Chance Training: provides training to multi-professional audiences on a number of topics effecting young people and families who have experienced Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACE’s). Supporting your school to become more trauma informed.
