Welcome to LifeROOTS, formerly RCI Inc.! With a rich history dating back to 1958, LifeROOTS is a non-profit organization dedicated to serving Albuquerque and its surrounding areas. Over the years, we've remained steadfast in meeting the diverse needs of individuals with physical, developmental, and behavioral disabilities, offering a continuum of services that span from early childhood to adulthood. At LifeROOTS, our approach revolves around individualized care, ensuring that each person receives personalized support tailored to their unique needs. Our comprehensive services include early childhood programs aimed at providing a strong foundation for development, as well as employment services tailored to individuals over 18, empowering them to achieve their career goals.
