LiMETOOLS Ltd is our learning engine. We build and license behaviour change tools that are supported by performance measurement software. Our learning engine uses techniques that integrate psychological learning theory, fictional scenario gaming and secure data management systems to ensure we immerse workplace learners and measure the retention of their habit changes. We currently have two divisions that run under the LiMETOOLS Ltd engine; Psyber and Sustainability. The psychological aspect of our learning engine is the driving force behind our cyber security division title; Psyber. Our Psyber Division focuses on combating human error as the root cause of cyber-attacks. In cyber security much of our vulnerability comes from users failing to recognise exposure, and their adaptation capability must constantly evolve alongside the morphine threat. We have developed a range of immersive learning tools that increase the level of natural alertness and learner elasticity to promote behaviour change.
