I am an experienced consultant with a background on the cutting edge of organizational psychology, business consultancy and tranformational projects in technical and international environments. I´m passionate about working with young professionals and as well as in a role where i can interlink the business strategy with people in the workplace. My strenght lies in leading people driven projects where i can create, improve, change or implement new ideas. I strongly believe in innovation and i´m always keen to find a way to energise people to move with that change. Because of my workexperience in international and IT related companies, i´m also availble for digital transformation (and related behavior) projects.
