we pride ourselves on doing the simple things really well and keeping our focus on the staff and customers. in our kitchens, our chefs concentrate on providing home cooked menus with specials menus that change every day. provenance, sustainability and sourcing british food is important to us, and we keep our dishes simple and not over presented. our wine list has over 20 wines by the glass and the wines are grouped together by useful descriptions of how they taste. we choose boutique wine suppliers, working closely with a few companies to produce an exciting individual list. if we find something new we’ll get a few cases in and chalk it up on the boards at a really decent price. this wine list sits alongside traditional real ales, local where possible, and continental beers on tap. so along with a good choice of soft drinks including organic juices there’s something for everybody. our venues: - the swan inn, denham village - old queens head, penn
