Our bread is made from scratch and hand kneaded each morning. We use no preservatives and the basic ingredients to our loaves is flour, water, yeast, salt and honey. We believe in simple chemical free baking. We have three locations in the Pittsburgh Area. Our Bakeries include a cafe which serves Sandwiches, Soups and Salads.
