LocalMotion is a force multiplier for the work of NGOs and social enterprises. We help: (i) social and environmental organisations free up their staff to concentrate on their front end missions by giving them access to high quality marketing, design and communications professional skill sets. (ii) companies create high impact CSR initiatives, utilising their most valuable resource, the skill sets of their people. We help companies offer employees meaningful work opportunities that develop the skills of millennial staff through short term skilled volunteering projects of between 10-30 hours. (iii) millennials and young professionals the chance to connect with other change makers and contribute their unique skills sets to trustworthy NGOs and social enterprises that measure and value the outcomes of their work. LocalMotion works through a matchmaking platform that pairs professionals with skills and NGOs and social enterprises with skills gaps. Our key areas of focus are marketing design and communications.
