Lodestone was set up in September 2016 by Cathy Morris-Adams and Sue Macey who wanted to create a new type of agency which responded to the more immediate needs of the world we live in today without compromising the quality of service provided by a traditional local estate agent. Between them they have lived in Somerset for over 50 years. They feel that they can provide a better service for their clients through connecting and building on their already extensive network and vast local knowledge, rather than sitting at a desk waiting for the phone to ring. At Lodestone our aim is to provide clients with a positive experience throughout the buying, selling and letting process. We advise on preparing properties for sale and aim to ensure that every client’s buying or selling journey or letting is as seamless as possible, with each link in the process running smoothly. If there are problems with buying chains, we have the expertise and tenacity to solve them. They have an team of mature and locally selected viewing staff who with their knowledge of the immediate area, can give the viewer a positive and informative experience, which at the same time benefits the vendors who receive regular, detailed feedback.
