LogPay Transport Services GmbH is a leading provider of comprehensive toll services and issues fuel and service cards, which can be used across an acceptance network throughout Europe. Since July, 2017 the LogPay Transport Services GmbH is a joint-venture of the Volkswagen Financial Services AG (subsidiary of the Volkswagen AG) and the LogPay Financial Services GmbH (subsidiary of the bank DVB SE). This joint venture is based on collaborative partnership, responsible behaviour and expertise acquired over the years. Since the inception of the joint venture LogPay Transport Services GmbH has been the Shared Service Centre for Volkswagen Financial Services AG and LogPay Financial Services GmbH.
