Our mission The Lonely Miaow Association is dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming stray cats and kittens; assisting all members of the community who have a problem with stray cats and kittens on their property; and working alongside all animal welfare organisations and other groups to achieve our overarching goal of 'No More Strays'. We utilise a Trap, Assess, Resolve (TAR) policy and aim to maximise the numbers we rehome. The Lonely Miaow Association is committed to developing a comprehensive and sensitive education programme relating to the care and wellbeing of felines that is specific to each cultural group in Auckland.
