LORD Green Real Estate Strategies, Inc. is a global sustainability consulting firm specializing in commercial real estate. LORD Green develops sustainability strategies, practices, metrics, and goals for our clients’ real estate portfolios–including office, multifamily, industrial, retail, and hospitality property types. Our sustainability reporting services include GRESB (Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark), United Nations Principles for Responsible Investment (UN PRI), Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), INREV, and Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP) reporting. Additionally, we provide green building certification assessments and consulting for third-party certification rating systems such as LEED, Fitwel, WELL Building Standard, IREM Certified Sustainable Property, and BREEAM, among others. Our highly skilled and diverse team has been providing sustainability services to the real estate community and acting as an outsourced sustainability department to our clients for over a decade.
