Lucron

Lucron is one of the largest development companies in Slovakia, and focuses on creating entire neighbourhoods and welcoming urban areas. For almost 15 years, it has specialized in residential, retail and multifunctional development projects, characterized by modern and friendly urban design, with an emphasis on the environment, modern technologies and high quality public spaces. Lucron is part of the international group, iko real estate, originally from Luxembourg, which has 30 years of experience in the real estate business. Geographically, Lucron focuses on the capital city of Bratislava and the region of western Slovakia, with projects located in the best locations with strong development potential. Completed projects, including Urban Residence and Malé Krasňany in Bratislava, as well as Arboria in Trnava, are examples of modern urban developments with high quality public spaces and green areas. Currently, Lucron is developing the Vydrica project under the Bratislava castle, that will turn a neglected area in the city centre into a unique neighbourhood that will extend the Old Town pedestrian zone and open this part of the riverfront to the public. In one of its latest project, Nesto, Lucron will create a complex neigbourhood, pioneering example of alternative living solutions, including rental apartments and co-living and innovative office premises. A newest project, Rakyta, will bring a comfortable living mainly to families with children.
