LVS Ascot

An independent day and boarding school in Ascot, Berkshire LVS Ascot (the Licensed Victuallers' School) is an all-ability school of more than 900 pupils located in Ascot, Berkshire, close to London and the neighbouring county of Surrey. We are a through-school, with both our Primary School and Secondary School located on one spacious, green, airy site. Pupils can begin their school career with us at age 4 and remain in the school until they complete Sixth Form. We achieve outstanding academic results in both the LVS Ascot Junior and LVS Ascot Senior Schools. Day and boarding students from both schools are able to participate in a wide programme of co-curricular activities. Pastoral care is a great priority at LVS Ascot. In LVS Ascot Senior School each child is allocated to a house, and within that to a tutor group. House Masters and Mistresses, supported by teams of tutors, oversee the welfare and development of their pupils. In LVS Ascot Junior School, pastoral care is undertaken by the children's class teacher. The school was founded on the ethical teachings, traditions and festivals of Christianity. While we are an inclusive school, embracing all faiths and none, LVS Ascot still takes pride in its Christian roots. We have a Chaplain on our staff who fulfils a pastoral and liturgical role throughout the school.
