Employee safety is extremely important to us. We have a full-time Safety Officer that oversees and visits each office on a regular basis and each office has a Safety Designate that handles routine safety items. We also employ a certified in-house trainer to ensure IICRC standards are met by all employees. We're certified to train insurance adjusters for continuing education credits, and have been the featured presenter at both Insurance Brokers Association of Saskatchewan and Insurance Brokers Association of Alberta conferences. The restoration of property and structures is very technical. The Lydale team go the extra mile to ensure customers and all persons involved understand the process, and what can be restored or must be replaced, while utilizing green technologies and the latest industry approved equipment.
