LYF aims to enhance the lives of at-risk Perth teenagers aged 13 to 15 years by providing positive experiences, mentors and role models. Our services are also aimed at providing respite to family members and caregivers. Our vision for LYF is that we make a positive difference to the lives of at-risk teenagers referred to us by Uni Camp for Kids, by emotionally and financially supporting our teens towards achieving their goals. We envisage a team of committed mentors who have built long-lasting relationships with their teenagers and are able to effectively support their teenager towards achieving their personal goals.
