How do you turn the coffee industry upside down, where the farmer becomes King? After a lifetime working with coffee (probably too long), some friends, a mix of coffee roasters, baristas and other fika specialists decided to challenge a rather dusty industry and do things a little differently. A little better. No, much better! With the ambition/vision that no one and nothing is harmed when we enjoy a good cup of coffee. On the highest mountain in El Salvador, on the snow filled slopes of the Andes and back up to the highlands of Brazil, across the sea to the cradle of coffee in East A f r i c a . We start from our own farms, and then we help our coffee-growing neighbours to improve and refine their already good coffee into fantastic coffee. Towards regenerative and organic farming, without monocultures, in perfect harmony with people and nature. As it should be!
