For more than 50 years, Episcopal Senior Communities (ESC) has lived out its mission: to cultivate and build healthy communities with a continuum of residential and innovative aging services that actively promote intellectual, physical, social and spiritual wellbeing. These services include: 6 Life Plan communities: The communities provide a full continuum of independent living, assisted living and skilled nursing; 6 senior affordable housing communities and resident service coordination at senior affordable housing throughout California; No-cost to low-cost services to seniors in need, including but not limited to the counties where ESC has communities, through our Senior Resources division. These programs include Senior Center Without Walls, Senior Produce Markets, ElderWise friendly visitor program, and HomeMatch shared housing; Senior Resources @ Home (SR@H), a home care agency, which is a member of the California Association for Health Services at Home (CAHSAH) and the Home Care Association of America. ESC is a California nonprofit public benefit corporation that is tax exempt under Section 501 (c) (3) of the IRS code.
