My name is Alexandra Klein and I have the gratifying and extraordinary privilege of being the MD and Founder of the thriving boutique recruitment agency, Madison Kay Ltd. Having worked in corporate recruitment agencies since 2009, I felt it was time to step out and create my own unique agency in 2014 - and so far its been an amazing ride! At Madison Kay Ltd, were passionate about developing a client portfolio through networking, collaboration, partnership, candidate experience and disruptive recruitment. Working with a high value on partnerships, we are innovating classical recruitment pathways by developing new media approaches such as video job descriptions and social network saturation. What we at Madison Kay Ltd are most proud of, however, is the personal and dedicated approach of our fantastic team. We develop close relationships with our candidates and clients and work with them through every stage of a career change.
