Magnetic MRO has a daughter company called MAC Interiors; UK-based aircraft interior specialist with more than 50 years of heritage. The company is specialized in the retrofitting and refurbishment of lavatories, galleys, seating, partitions, stowage, monuments and VIP interiors for a wide variety of commercial aircraft. As of 2019, Direct Maintenance is part of the Magnetic MRO group. Direct Maintenance is a certified line maintenance service provider, holding EASA Part-145 approval and FAA Repair Station approval. Magnetic Leasing is a joint venture between a U.S.-based investment company Crestline Investors and Magnetic MRO. It is an international aviation leasing company specializing in aviation asset management and leasing.
