The Mahoning County Educational Service Center (MCESC) provides our partners with experience, leadership and expertise. We take this role to provide and model leadership to our partners seriously, and seek out opportunities to serve, support, guide and lead so our partners experience success. The MCESC employs staff with the goal of providing excellence to all of its external and internal partners. The Governing Board and Administration set the highest professional standards for all employees, and expect and strive for excellence in all efforts. We seek and retain staff members who find their greatest reward in meeting that goal, and who strive to learn and grow as professionals each day. In the end, it's the success of our partners that is our greatest reward.
