Management Training and Consulting Experts (MANTRACE) has been successfully operating since 2004, coaching, mentoring and training small to medium business owners and staff, as well as managers and staff across the corporate sector. Our specialised team have broad practical, commercial and leadership experience across a diverse range of industries, together with formal tertiary qualifications. We specialise in (but are not limited to) the health and allied health industries on a national and international level. We provide a range of services in the following areas: National certified Training Packages - Cert III and Cert IV in Health Administration and Diploma of Practice Management. Business Consulting – we work with you directly to identify the problem(s), work on a range of solutions and present them to you in an appropriate way so that you can make an informed decision on action to be taken. All areas of your business can be addressed, or a program for specific areas of concern can be developed. Business Coaching – we work with you directly to identify the problem(s), brainstorm with you on possible solutions, utilising your expertise and knowledge of the market to focus on your most viable options. We then work with you to guide you on implementation and provide feedback and guidance on a regular basis. Coaching is an ongoing process with formal weekly/monthly plans and tasks to be completed in agreed timeframes between regular coaching calls. Presentations/Seminars/Workshops – these sessions are developed and delivered based on individual business needs, strategic plans and industry specific staff training. Personality Profiling - using the DISC methodology to enhance communication and relationships at all levels in the workplace. Workshops and information on the different behavioural styles of clients, work colleagues, prospective employees, managers and personal relationships.
