I have a broad background but have particular interests in the environment (conservation and rewilding), indigenous peoples, scientific field research, mental health, and education. ↓ BELOW IS A BRIEF SELECTION OF CLIENTS ↓ 🔹 Wildlife Fundraising Central, Face-to-Face Fundraising 🔹 Providing support to the CEO with field management and training, research into recruitment and retention, data analysis of performance, geographic analysis of team structures and performance, restructuring of pay and incentives packages to better align with job descriptions, change management, handbook and policy writing, and research into internal communications strategies for training and coaching. 🔹 Heart of Borneo Project, Major Donors and Grants 🔹 As a small charity I focused our strategy on developing ongoing, long term relationships with key grant-giving bodies and major donors, growing and diversifying this support each year to allow us to deliver high impact conservation projects on the ground and education and outreach innovation in the cloud. 🔹 Connect Fundraising, Australia 🔹 Providing senior level support to the CEO of a start-up fundraising agency in Sydney, my main work involved the drafting and editing of technical documents such as project proposals, and contracts, budgeting and forecasting, and consulting on strategy, branding and corporate structure. 🔹 Concern Universal, Face-to-Face Fundraising 🔹 Working with the Fundraising Director to grow their fledgling in-house F2F operation from the ground up, turning it into a high performance operation with multiple teams, and effective back office protocols for recruitment, training, and logistics. I wrote handbooks and policies and supported the handover to a permanent F2F Manager once we had demonstrated proof of concept to the Board.
