Why are we here? We're here to lend support to people who need it through therapy and life planning. What do we do and how do we do it? We offer 1-on-1 counselling in a compassionate way that puts the clients needs first. We help families plan for their seniors in a way that acknowledges that everyone has feeling and opinions, but the senior loved one's needs come first. We offer teens and students assistance with planning their next steps. We offer a soothing space for those who are tired or need to rest and renew. What makes us different? We've been there and truly understand many of the situations we service. We offer our true understanding in our 1-on-1 and family sessions and we do it all with love. Who are we here for? We are here for members of our community who need help. We have a particular interest in assisting women, moms, immigrants, students and people of color. What do we value the most? People.
