We are 40 minutes from Wailea, 30 minutes from Kihei, 25 minutes from Paia, and 90 minutes from Lahaina. Maui Tropical Plantation spans 1800 acres. Over 900 acres are dedicated to agricultural purposes, cared for by several passionate farmers. Farmed in sugarcane for over 150 years, and then pineapple for decades, these lands have now been converted to be part of the Plantation's mission to increase diversified agriculture and be a sustainable part of Maui's future. Think of our Plantation's inner area as a park, telling the history of what was farmed here, and showcasing what is grown here now.
