The company, founded by Luigi Mazzer in 1948, has become, since the 50s, a reference point of excellence in the sector of professional coffee grinders, with export volumes nowadays surpassing 70% and products reaching, every year, over 90 countries in five continents. Every day, in the world, over a million Mazzer coffee grinders assist as many baristas in preparing the best of coffees. Many of the innovations which have marked the history of coffee grinder production were born here and many are the deposited patents. In the factory located near Venice, Italy, the whole process of design and manufacture is carried out with advanced technologies and strict quality controls. Mazzer has the production capacity of a highly-specialized team of technicians, as well as a workshop with the latest machinery and technologies. 12% of the turnover is invested in research and development yearly. All this with a “green” heart, a passion for quality and an ethics code to serve as guide. For every 100 appliances produced, 40 are made thanks to renewable energy sources.
