MB Funds is a Finnish private equity firm with a long history and an impressive track record in building business growth since 1988. We invest mainly in mid-sized companies in Finland, but many of the companies operate in international markets. Since 2006, we have focused on majority equity investments. We have successfully invested in approximately 40 mid-sized companies in the Nordics. We invest in companies with ambition to grow, potential in the market, and capabilities to enhance their position in chancing business environment. In addition to growth potential, we look for investee companies with a solid competitive position, strong corporate culture, entrepreneurial spirit, and people committed to developing the company.
