MDAFC - Magistère de Droit des Affaires, Fiscalité & Comptabilité

Created in 1985 by Professor Christian Louit, then director of the Business Law Institute, the Magistere in Business Law, Tax Law & Compatibility is a selective course within the University of Law and Political science of Aix-en-Provence. During 3 years, students obtain a double degree as the Magistere diploma goes along with the final year of License in Law, followed by a first Master degree majoring in "Business law "​ and a second Master degree majoring in "Corporate Law & Tax Law"​. Today, the Magistere is highly recognized within the professional world, both at national and international level. Thanks to its direct professional purpose (seminars provided by reputable practitioners, summer internships, Master degree in apprenticeship), this training course allows to start a carrier as a highly qualified legal practioner in the biggest Law firms as well as in international companies.
