About Medical Specialties Managers (MSM) At Medical Specialties Managers, Inc., we believe that a company is only as strong as the people it employs. We also have a casual dress environment because wearing jeans at work makes everyones day a little better. Our Company Culture We believe that our employees are part of the MSM family. We are a medium sized company (currently about 100 employees) that has a small company feel. We work hard so we enjoy taking a timeout to get to know one another. Each month, the company leadership has a catered lunch with a randomly selected group of employees from all departments and all levels of the organization. We believe this fosters ideas, teamwork and collaboration. Additionally, we think company anniversaries deserve celebration. We gather to celebrate company anniversaries every month at a catered employee breakfast meeting where we can recognize those individuals and share their contributions to the organization. We also provide monthly surprise treats for all staff to enjoy- they could be a taco bar, a popsicle cart, or a visit from a gourmet food truck. We like to take employee suggestions and make them realities! We have an annual celebration at Disneyland and love sending our teams to local sporting events. Our company is also active in numerous philanthropic endeavors because we think doing the right thing for others is always the right thing to do.
