For over 120 years, the Meierhoffer family has served Saint Joseph-area families, providing burial and cremation services to people of all faiths, beliefs, traditions and cultures. At Meierhoffer Funeral Home and Crematory, a Healing Farewell Center, we exist for one simple purpose - to help families Begin Healing. Many families visit with other funeral homes. When they come back in, they often mention the fact that Meierhoffer was the only funeral home with a specific plan to care for their family and help them begin healing. Specifically, we have a proven 7-step plan that is included in all the Farewell Services we offer. With administrative support, at-need and pre-need offices, accounting, human resources, information technology and marketing functions centralized in our home office in St. Joseph, Missouri, our funeral directors, family service counselors and staff are able to primarily focus on caring for families and helping them begin to heal.
