Mekari Talenta encourages efficiency, transparency, and self-sustenance because we believe that it is through these that a company can grow. As we zone into Human Resource, we realize that a lot of small and medium businesses are still downplaying the importance of HR. The majority of small and medium businesses are using spreadsheet for their payroll, e-mail for leave requests, and even using paper for some of the processes. Why can’t we all just breeze through all the paperwork? This is a problem and also an opportunity for us to step in and become a cost-effective yet powerful solution for growing businesses.
