Two years ago, I was diagnosed with breast cancer and found that painting angels helped me through my treatment. My fellow cancer patients liked what I was doing, and I started this business - painting, designing, and making angelic accessories. Part of all proceeds go to San Francisco breast cancer charity BAYS - Bay Area Young Survivors, and Cleaning for a Reason who partners with cleaning companies to provide free house cleaning to women undergoing active breast cancer treatment. Angels are in every major religion and are beautiful and unifying figures for many people. My goal for Melinda Gail is to remind these people of their spirit through everyday items.
