memory care life

Memory Care Life provides early stage support for people living with the challenges of dementia and their care providers. Our hope is to become a hub for sharing news, information, tips and inspiration for the dementia care journey. In the San Francisco Bay Area, we provide in-person programming and consultation to help care partners find more social connection, life engagement, and aid navigating the complex local aging support network. At the heart of this local work is our Memory Care Café program free weekly social events with a welcoming circle of friends, designed to nurture both the care provider and the person living with dementia. Over the next year, Memory Care Life aspires to begin connecting current and future memory café organizers to strengthen formation and sustainability of these critical early-stage dementia support structures in neighborhoods across Northern California and beyond.
