YMCA Mendip has been operating from Wells since 1892 and now it delivers and support a wide range of services, mostly for young people, across the whole of Mendip and South Somerset in England. Our project work provides a range of services with an emphasis on housing and homelessness, helping them to grow in confidence, develop as individuals and realise their full potential. Our services: -Emergency accommodation -Family mediation -Move-On Scheme all ages (thanks to many local landlords) -Deposit Scheme -Resettlement Support -Our Private Rented Support Scheme -Routes Drop-in Centre -School Work -Tenancy Accreditation Scheme 18+ -Youth and Community work YMCA enables people to develop their full potential in mind, body and spirit.
