We have a rich experience of more than 24 years into lending business. We are operating from 40+ branches. The Company started its Housing Loan Segment from 2008 onward. Post registration with NHB as HFC in August 2014 the company accelerated its growth momentum, the Company has robust business model and sound internal control facilitating optimization of capital and operating efficiency. The Company targets small housing loans for construction, purchase & construction, extension, repair/ renovation of house. We also provide Small ticket size Mortgage/LAP for business purpose. We are focuing on providing innovative, affordable & customer centered credit in time bound fashion through friendly team, efficient products, & robust processes. With Seasoned professional Team in finance industry, we are operating in the state of Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat and Maharashtra with experience of lending to local population for various assets classes like Home loans and Mortgage Loan.
