Michael G. Imber, Architects

Michael G. Imber, Architect is a nationally recognized, San Antonio based design firm established in 1994 and devoted to continuing a historic heritage in American building. We are a classically-based design firm, believing that each design solution should be a vernacular response to the project, bringing together a particular client’s programmatic needs and preferences with the distinct regional characteristics of local culture and specific influences of site. It is our belief that each piece of architecture should establish a sense of place within its existing context and have a timeless expression of beauty. Our work is a diverse collection of projects that are not limited to a single expression of style, but are designed as true expressions of the particular aesthetics and materials of a region. Our office has a personalized studio environment, with each designer involved in all aspects of a project throughout the building process. Our philosophy of collaboration brings together each person’s unique qualifications and experiences in order to provide the utmost service to each client.
