MickTec

MickTec is a sales acceleration company focused on recruiting the best talent, training the best talent and advising sales management to coach that best talent. We have created a methodology that is designed for scaling and transforming a sales team into a highly productive, valuable division with any organization. While inside sales has solidified itself as the go to standard for technology companies, the MickTec methodology has become the standard for a repeatable, and scalable model. In the last two years, Micktec has been sought out by numerous venture-backed firms to help with their North American portfolio companies. The MickTec proactive, go-to-market strategy identifies where the business is at operationally, inspirationally and organizationally so that we can provide a systematic approach to our services offering. The consulting engagement aligns with those principles when proposing a service offering and those principles are the hallmark of our model.
