We are Minds and Co. (formerly known as SCADA MINDS), a consulting and development company with a deep focus on the industrial digitalization of the wind turbine industry. Since founding SCADA MINDS over ten years ago, this industry has been at the core of our business—and it will continue to be. With the new name we mark changes in our business strategy and focus, resulting from the extremely positive developments in the wind turbine industry and the entire renewable energy sector in recent years. The name Minds and Co. resonates with the company we are today. Even as we grow, we will not compromise on our core values. We will continue to insist on being proactive, agile, and super innovative. Our passion is to create valuable solutions through intelligent and creative use of data. We are the architects of intelligent data solutions that optimize the development and certification of wind turbines and smooth the operation and maintenance of wind farms. We've evolved beyond traditional SCADA systems, adopting DevOps in our solution development, and have transitioned from being mere suppliers to forming close partnerships with our customers. Being a Minder means being able to show up at work the same person that you are at home or with your friends. Maybe it sounds like a cliché, but there is a definite ‘extended family’-vibe going on in our casa – it’s not just a language we use to get you to work long hours.
