Mis-Cellaneous delivers an exciting range of Drama In Education Workshops, Drama Clubs and Courses to schools and communities. Mis-Cellaneous embraces individuals without categories; builds confidence through drama and promotes learning through laughter. Our innovative A.R.T. methods, Act, Reflect and Transform, provide opportunities for individuals to learn creatively, using their talents and abilities. Mis-Cellaneous is a hands-on, minds-on dramatic confidence booster! The Mis-Cellaneous Workshop experience is innovative and bespoke. Our Creative Education opportunities encourage individuals to collaboratively respond in different contexts, play with language, make connections, perform and explore actions. Individuals are encouraged to access prior learning as a platform from which to process, progress and develop character. Workshops use situation dramas, costumes, props, music and scripts to inspire. We offer a selection of courses throughout the year for children and young people to develop: performance, theatre skills, creative writing and much more. Individuals are guaranteed a boost in confidence, develop voice, speech and communication skills, and understand performance for stage and everyday life. Mis-Cellaneous Courses run in the Spring and Summer and award Certificates of Achievement. Our courses are tailored in size, to ensure effective and enjoyable learning and development for everyone.
