The Manager of the multifunctional shopping and entertainment center is responsible for: overall running of the Mall; strategic planning and business development of the Mall and, based on inputs from the Financial Manager, financial planning; supervising implementation of its budget; supervising and coordinating the technical maintenance activities related to the Mall; relations with the tenants of units in the Mall as well as the contractors under agreements related to the operating or maintenance of the Mall; Employers human resources development; managing departments subordinate to the Mall Manager; on-going and regular reporting on the Mall activities to the General Manager of the Employer and the shareholders and the members of the Board of Directors of the company owner of the Mall
