Mother Blackbird is an agency for businesses and creatives who never want to have to think about their website again. Founder/Principal Sarah Wefald learned digital design and website creation in order to have more tools in her arsenal to help the bands, musicians, and other creatives in her day job. She enjoyed it so much and got such great results that she left the music industry to work with businesses full time! She has 15 years of experience leading projects in the entertainment and tech industries. Her teams have launched websites and mobile apps in many verticals, from beauty to music to professional wrestling to eSports to medical devices. Sarah leads the Orange County WordPress design meetup every month, and has served on the organizing boards of several WordCamp conferences in southern California. She holds a BA in English from Mount Holyoke College, and a diploma in web design from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh Online.
