The National Community Development Association (NCDA) is a membership association committed to helping local governments achieve high quality, locally-responsive programs to build thriving communities. We offer a peer to peer professional network, training and online resources, and provide federal advocacy so local governments can address the needs of their communities and administer federal funding with more confidence. NCDA helps local governments navigate U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) programs including the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG), and HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) programs.
