the national extension college (nec) has been supporting adult learning since 1963 and we know that taking the right course at the right time can transform someone's life and career. we provide over 100 study courses to suit different interests and career aspirations and our online course materials are written and designed by experts in distance learning. we understand the demands of studying independently and draw on a wealth of experience to help our students achieve their objectives. we are a registered charity and our money is put back into developing and delivering courses, which means that supporting students and their learning is at the heart of everything we do. students can enrol on our courses at any time of the year so whether you want to get more qualifications, make a career change or explore something that interests you, nec can help you to make it happen.
