Nemecek & Cole was established in 1984 by its two founding members, Frank W. Nemecek and Jonathan B. Cole. Since its formation, Nemecek & Cole has evolved from a two attorney boutique to a mid-size law firm that is recognized as one of Southern California's preeminent professional liability and business litigation firms servicing clients nationwide from its Encino, California office. Our clients include some of the most prominent and established professionals, businesses, major companies and insurance companies in Southern California and the nation.
